Small Space Guides

The Small Space Guides break smaller, faster-selling properties down to their most basic details. These sites and buildings are placed on an Excel spreadsheet kept up-to-date which allows users to quickly locate all properties of a given type on the local market and to do some basic cost comparisons. 

 

There are three guides:

 

1) Small Space for Lease - all leaseable properties under 20,000 s.f.

2) Small Space for Sale - all condos and small buildings for sale

3) Small Site Guide - all land for sale under 10 acres
